A Balancing Act

The chakras are believed to be vital for overall well-being, and an imbalance can manifest as emotional and physical disturbance. This June, rebalance your chakras through yoga, Ayurveda and spa therapies at Yala Collective’s Yoga Journey in Tuscany (June 10–16). Each day will focus on a specific chakra, with Ayurvedic detox rituals, pranayama, meditation and flow yoga, as well as quizzes helping you to understand and nurture your chakras. Founder Francesca Lo Cascio will also guide you through several yoga styles, including vinyasa, partner yoga and yin yoga.
