Talented yoga instructor Erin Lewis is taking her Eat.Pray.Move yoga retreat to Provence this summer (June 10–16). Expect healthy, delicious vegetarian meals, beautiful accommodation in a refurbished 17th-century villa and day trips for the art, culture, adventure or nature lover. Discover both the countryside through quaint villages and lavender fields, and larger cities such as Aix-en-Provence for local markets, food and famous cultural sites. The daily meditation and yoga classes are designed for all levels, featuring various styles from gentle, restorative practices to more energising vinyasa flow and ashtanga. The small class size ensures each student will receive personalised instruction to develop their practice.
