Anantara launches Healthy New You 2016, a wellness concept that engages guests in a series of health-related activities at its Maldivian resorts. Through the Balance by Anantara programme, guests can book private consultations and treatments with visiting practitioners, sign up for a Spice Spoons cooking class to learn Japanese detox recipes and healthy cooking techniques, and take advantage of the complimentary gym kit service. Corporate Wellness Trainer and Natural Health Consultant Toby Maguire visit the resorts next  March 16–April 13 at Anantara Dhigu; April 13–28 at Anantara Kihavah Villas), helping guests create a healthier lifestyle and think more positively.
